3 Golf Courses: All of Eagle Crest’s courses are carved out of an ancient juniper forest nestled at  
the foot of the majestic Cascades and are known for their meticulous grounds-keeping, fast, true  
greens, and beautiful summer wildflower displays.  
 
The Ridge Course – The Ridge Course is challenging as it is beautiful, yet always playable for  
golfers of all abilities.  
 
The Original Resort Course – The Resort Course features all the elements that have made Eagle Crest  
and Central Oregon a golf Mecca.   
 
The Bunny Mason Course – The Bunny Mason Course plays shorter than the Ridge Course. The signature  
hole is #2, which is a dogleg right Par 5 where you tee off 80 feet above the canyon floor.  
 
The Challenge Course – Just 3,684 yards long, this course is much more than just a short 18. It has  
been designed to be a very playable round for the beginning golfer, but still a challenge for the

Vacation Rental Rates

Spring & Fall - April, May, June, July, Aug, Sept $150/night, $945/week (10% discount for 7 days) 
 
Winter - Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan, Feb, March $100/night, $630/week (10% discount for 7 days) 
 
Holidays add $20.00 per night 
 
2 night minimum, Holidays - 3 night minimum - Ask for holiday dates 
 
7% Deschutes County Tax; 1% State Lodging Tax 
 
$80.00 Cleaning Deposit - Required - Non-Refundable 
 
$200.00 Fully refundable security deposit if townhouse is in same condition as it was rented to you. 
 
10% down payment required within 10 days from reservation date to guarantee reservation, checks  
only, no credit cards, checks must clear bank before check-in.  If down payment is not received  
within this time period, reservation will automatically be cancelled.  Remaining balance due 30 days  
prior to check-in.  If reservation is under 30 days from reservation date, full payment must be made  
immediately to guarantee reservation. 
 
Cancellation Policy - 14 day advance notice required for cancellation. If over 7 days notice is  
received then only one day rental is charged.  If under 7 days notice is received, then two days  
rental is charged.

Maximum occupancy 6; Minors not allowed on premises without adult supervision. 
 
No vacationing students unless accompanied by a parent.
