A 50% deposit is required to hold the reservation.
The deposit is refundable up to 30 days in advance of the reservation and then becomes non-refundable in the event of cancellation.
Full payment is required by 30 days prior to start of reservation via wire transfer or check.
$100 will be charged to all cancellations that were put oncredit card transactions.
Damage deposit to be returned by U.S. check.
