Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to Mogadorr!  This Non smoking, no pets, fully equipped 2 
story 2500 sq. ft. home with 4 bedrooms, 3 fireplaces, and whirlpool 
bath is located on a bay just off the main river; this Rose Hill 
home can sleep 8-10 people.  There are two master bedrooms with 
bathrooms,three queen beds, two twin beds, and two full size 
futons.  A pack-and-play and toddler bedrail, with high chair are 
also on-site. 
Stairs gently slope down to the water where you can enjoy 120+ feet 
of "prime" waterfront that includes covered dock space and a large 
deck.  Enjoy shade anytime during the day while relaxing on the 
hammock or in the chairs.  A sandbox and several large lake toys for 
all ages are available too! If bringing your boat, arrangements can 
be made with the owner to drop off your boat in the private 
community boat launch. A covered dock space is included.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Inside:
* No long distance phone access
* Lower level has den attached to playroom where DVD's can entertain 
  children. Toys and games available should it rain.
* Great room (32x20) has a 42 in. LCD television with VHS and DVD 
and Satelite TV     
* The beautiful kitchen area with eat at counter and a special made 
table to seat 12 adults provide plenty of space to eat.    
* Master bath has separate shower and tub has relaxing jets
* Kitchen is fully equipted; microwave, dishwasher, icemaker, 
  blender, steamer,and many extras that make food preparation easy 
at the lake. 
  
* Trash bags, bed sheets, laundry detergent and dishwasher soap is 
provided. Please use sparingly. Face, bath and beach towels are NOT 
provided.
* INTERNET SERVICE IS AVAILABLE
Outside
* Large deck off the second floor with gas grill, umbrella table 
   chairs and loungers 
* Lower deck perfect for lounging when sun is hot- picnic table and 
  umbrella- yard space for fun and games for kids.
* Large dock with eastern exposure(see the sun rise!) has both sun  
  and shade all day.
* Sandbox with toys for tots- lounge chairs for kid watchers and 
  floats for the active bunch 
* Swimming off the Dock is Great for all!

Activities and Attractions

  This beautiful lake offers swimming, water-skiing, and fishing not 
to mention hiking in the state park. Local vineyards, antique 
shopping, and golf are available. You can bring you own boat or rent 
a boat, waverunner or pontoon boat from nearby marinas.
Kids can pan for gold at the Lake Anna State Park, or you can travel 
to Kings Dominion Theme Park, enjoy Monticello (Thomas Jeffersons 
home)or Montpelier(home of James Monroe). Fredericksburg, Culpeper 
and Charlottesville will please the shopper.

Vacation Rental Rates

 High season, June through September, rates are $1,900 per week 
Mid season October thru May, rates are $1,800 per week.2 nights $750 
and 3 nights $950. Cleaning fees are included in the rate.
** Covered boat slip available at no extra cost.
** If interested  calling is recommended
Note: A security deposit of 50% down and a $500 security deposit are 
required. The balance is due 2 weeks prior to check in.
Rental Weeks run Sunday to Sunday or can be customized in the off 
season when availabel. Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 
10 AM.
