This Condo is located on Gulf Blvd, 2 blocks north of the Don Cesar 
hotel.   
The complex is located in a waterfront neighborhood.  Access to the 
beach is right across the street.  
The condo is newly renovated (as of September 2006).  The home has  
tile floors, new carpet, new lighting and a new kitchen.  It's fully 
furnished in a  
tropical decor. The condo is located in a newly renovated  
development with pleasing stucco exterior, new tropical landscaping, 
and a nice pool with lounge chairs and an outside grill.  There is a 
laundry facility onsite. 
 
Across the street is direct access to beautiful St. Pete Beach.  
Within a very short  
walk is the famous Don Cesar Hotel, numerous restaurants, a grocery 
store,  
public parks, nightlife, area shopping and the intercoastal waterway.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom:  includes one FULL size and one TWIN size bed, 
dresser, two 
closets, nightstand and lamp. 
 
Master bath: includes tub w/shower, new wall tile and floor tile,  
new lighting and vanity.   
 
Kitchen/Dining area: complete with appliances, including  
stove, refrigerator plus a microwave, coffee maker, blender, toaster 
oven,  
utensils, cookware, and basic necessities such as  
paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper (enough for a start.)  Also  
includes a separate dining area with table and 5 chairs. 
 
Linens:  bath towels, beach towels, sheets for each bed, and  
plenty of pillows. 
 
Pool area:  Nice clean sparkling pool with lounge chairs, picnic table 
and outdoor grill.
