Vacation Rental Description

This beautiful 5000 sq ft luxury furnished home features 5 bedrooms,
4.5 baths, den, dining, and 3 family rooms in a quiet cul-de-sac. This
designer furnished home provides for all the necessities including 3
HD flat screen TVs, upscale furnishings, and large master bedroom. The
house sleeps 10 comfortably.  The secluded private back yard features
an enclosed heated pool and view of a lake. The patio provides a Weber
grill and fine outside furnishings. High speed wireless internet access is
available.    

The gated community has a manned 24/7 guard. It also has a resort
style swimming pool, gym, and tennis courts. The home is perfectly
situated near great shopping and restaurants. The beach, golf, water
park, and many other activities are close.

My wife and I owe the his home with another couple. We are considering
fractionalizing the home to help cover our costs. We are thinking
about 6 separate owners for the home. Let me know if you want more

Vacation Rental Amenities

The house has all the amenities necessary for a enjoyable and carefree
vacation.  Including blow dryers, ironing board and iron, tennis
racquets, cooler and beach chairs, in-house washer and dryer.  The
secluded backyard has a heated pool and view of a lake.

The beds are:  1 king in master, 2 queens, and 4 twins.  We also have
two queen blow-up mattresses.

Activities and Attractions

Beach, golf, shopping, movies, restaurants are all close.  Disney
World is 3 hours away.  The Florida Keys are about 4 hours away.

Vacation Rental Rates

7 month minimum stay
$6,500 per month

No smoking and no pets.
