Weekend (2 nights) $200 for couple
$20 per night for each additional person

Holiday Weekend (3 nights) $350 for couple
$20 per night for each additional person

Weekdays (per night) $90 for couple
$20 per night for each additional person

Full week $600 for couple
$50 per week for each additional person

Holiday weekends require a three night minimum. Two night minimum required for other days.

Week is Friday to Friday or Sunday to Sunday.

Thurs/Fri, Fri/Sat, Sat/Sun are weekend rate if booked individually, otherwise, Thurs and Sun are
weeknights.

Security deposit of $300 cash or money order is required at least seven (7) days after the
reservation has been made. Security deposit is refunded at time of departure if there is no damage,
loss of items, or no excessive cleaning needed. Full payment for the rental period is due 30 days
prior to arrival date. Payment is fully refunded if request for cancellation is received 15 days
prior to arrival date.
