The condo offers professionally furnished living areas, with a full-kitchen, in room jacuzzi, private balcony,  
fireplace, and underground parking.  The condo is perfect for a vacation away with the family.  There is  
something for everyone to do here.  They also offer the closest location in the ranch to the waterpark.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The condo has a completely stocked kitchen, including microwave, full size stove, garbage disposal, coffee  
maker, and fridge with an ice maker, just bring the food!  The master suite has a king size bed with a fireplace  
in the room and a jacuzzi tub.  The balcony offers a gorgeous view of the golf course.  The two additonal  
bedrroms are upstairs and there are two full baths.

Activities and Attractions

Gold Rush Waterpark - A brand-new 60,000 sq. ft. Indoor Waterpark with four thrilling slides, 4 pools, 2 hot  
tubs, and a river.  It also has a dry play area for the kids.  Inside with great restaurants and an arcade. 
Horseback Riding - There are trail rides for the adults, corral sessions for the kids. Lessons, rodeos, hayrides,  
steak dinners, stage-coach rides, and barrel racing. 
Winter Fun- You can try dog-sledding, snow tubing, cross country skiing, sleigh rides, and winter horseback  
riding.  Also it is a great time to go snow mobiling. 
Summertime Fun- Archery, rifle ranges, and not to be forgotten the championship GOLF course designed by  
Arthur Hills.  Baseball, basketball, bicycle rentals, playgrounds, dog cart rides, horseshoes, paddleboats, the  
petting farm, shuffleboard, tennis and much more. 
Night Life - There is dancing, DJ's, karoake, and more. 
Watersports - Outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, 150 foot water slide, watering hole, and private lake.

Vacation Rental Rates

The condo rents for $250 a night, or $1750 per week.
