This spacious, three bedroom, two bath, luxury condominium is located on the Gulfside and  
overlooks the Intercoastal from our private balcony. Our private beach offers breathtaking  
sunsets.  
 
This fully furnished and completely updated and remodeled condo offers all the comforts of home  
with a spacious king-size bed in the master bedroom, walk-in closet, and full bath. The second  
bedroom has 2 queen-size beds and the third room has a full size bed. Two of the bedrooms have  
views of the Intercoastal Waterway. The third room has a window offering beach views. The living  
room has a queen sleeper sofabed and there is a roll away bed available as well.  
 
Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. 
 
The kitchen is fully-equipped and the spacious dining room and living room area offers a  
comfortable  
way to relax during your vacation. Included are a washer and dryer in the unit with an elevator  
that  
opens to your private condo. The heated pool area has plenty of lounge chairs and tables to enjoy  
a  
light meal for lunch or dinner.  
 
The building is only a few years new and has all the latest in security and safety features. Our  
home has just been completely remodeled with new tile floors carpeting, granite counter tops and  
much more.  If relaxation and privacy is what you are wanting, this small, 15-unit building has  
it all from a beautiful heated pool, stairs that go down directly to the beach and pool, or  
sitting on your private deck overlooking the intercoastal waterway watching the yachts cruise  
by, and the condominium's private fishing dock on the intercoastal waterway. 
 
Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful and charming beach community with quaint little shops and great  
local restaurants. It offers upscale dining or local mom and pop restaurants. It is close to all  
activities and culture.  
 
For the activity minded there is parasailing, miniature golf, shopping, shelling, jet skis, scuba  
diving, deep-sea fishing, boating, dinner and gambling cruises, and much more within minutes.  
There  
are also terrific museums and theatre or just taking long peaceful walks on the beach or enjoy  
spectacular sunsets with the white sand between your toes.
