is nearly
1800 s. f. of living space. Each of the three bedrooms sleep two and has its own private bathroom.
There is
also a queen sized sofa sleeper in the living room. This gated community has a fitness facility and
two pools.
The 1700 s.f. pool has an infinity edge overlooking the beautiful gulf waters. The second pool is
8000 s.f. with
three tiers, a fountain and two waterfalls. A large whirlpool spa overlooks this phenomenal pool.
This unit is
on the quiet fourth floor with a wonderful balcony. The balcony faces east which is 15 degrees
cooler in
the summer than the units facing west. This balcony gives the perfect amount of shade to relax in
after a long
day at the beach! The unit contains ten foot ceilings with crown molding throughout, polished stone
floors,
granite countertops, stainless steel appliances.
Adagio is located on Blue Moutain Beach on the highest bluff on the Gulf of Mexico. Watercolor,
Grayton Beach,
Seaside, and Rosemary Beach are just to the east, Destin and Sandestin are only 7 miles to the
