quiet gated community on the north end of lake Keowee. The house is
approximately 3400 square feet on three levels. The main level
includes: Master Bedroom / Bathroom Suite with a separate Sun/Sitting
Room with pull out sofa bed, large bath area with double vanities and
separate shower and whirlpool tub; an open Great Room with large
stone fireplace, TV,Stereo, and DVD player; fully equipped kitchen
with gas range, double ovens, dishwasher, refrigerator, and mircrowave;
Dining Area that seats 8 plus 3 at counter bar; Laundry Room with
washer/dryer; Screen Porch with wrought iron table (seats 4);also
powder room on this level; wood deck with gas grill that leads
downstairs to covered boat dock;
The upstairs has 2 Large Guest Rooms with walk in closets: Kids Room
with 2 bunk Beds, 2nd Guest Room with Queen bed and small fold out
Sofa Bed, Hall Bathroom for guest to share with double vanities,
tub/shower, and toilet. Basement level includes: sofa area with TV,
DVD player, Gas log fireplace and game area, and double doors leading
to lake.

WE ARE ONE OFF THE ONLY SUBDIVISION WITH OUR OWN POOL,HOT TUB,CLUBHOUSE AND TENNIS COURT

WE ALSO HAVE A CANOE AND KAYAK FOR YOUR USE

Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, pots/pans, dishes,
