Wells Cargo is located near the southern end of Topsail Island at 714 Ocean Boulevard, Topsail Beach, North Carolina,
U. S. A.
Take a trip back...to when a beach was a beach! The Wells family is now opening the experience of Wells Cargo to
others. Ample accomodations, effortless location and easy access to the beach and the sound! A true vacation!
Recent renovations have Wells Cargo in the best condition it has ever been. Beige shingled vinyl siding accents the
three story house, while off-white trim highlights windows, doors, decks and outer stairways. Our kitchen area and all
inner walls, ceilings and floors were replaced giving it a new appearance inside and out.
Accommodations include four bedrooms containing three queens, one twin and a single bed. The original architect in
1975 designed the 2nd and 3rd floors of the house to form as a natural cooling channel, capturing the breeze coming
off the ocean. This eliminates the need for air conditioning on warm days, though heating and cooling are included on
the 2nd and 3rd floors. Two full bathrooms on the 2nd floor provide for the entire house. Sliding glass doors and
porches/decks reside on the east and west 2nd floor entrances, with a third on the ocean-side 3rd floor. A living room
and dining room allow relaxation between trips to the beach!
Great Location
Wells Cargo is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, roller skating, miniature golf, and the Jolly Roger
Pier. The house is one street over from the beach with easy access and is 3 streets over from the Sound (water
between Topsail Island and the Intercoastal Waterway and mainland).

Activities and Attractions
Great Location
Built for interaction and convenience, this house is one street over from the beach with easy beach access in 3
locations via the Jolly Roger Hotel. Just walk across the street, then up one flight of stairs to get over the dunes to our
spacious beach. The Jolly Roger Pier adds excitement to the scene during the day and night and offers an interesting
walk to cool off during hot days. Adequate area for fishing on the beach and Jolly Roger Pier give fishermen &
fisherwomen a great choice and a short drive can provide fishing at the south end of the island at the inlet and sound.
Walking distance of 1-3 short blocks removes the hassle of driving to:

Vacation Rental Rates
Wells Cargo Rental Rates
A security deposit is required to reserve a specific time but will only be held in "reserved" status for 7 days. Your
security deposit or part thereof will be refunded within four weeks after check-out and is based on the condition in
which you leave the rental property (damages, clean-up, etc.). Rental pricing for Wells Cargo is as follows and payment
along with a signed Rental Agreement is required for full reservation & registration and is required to be received 60
days prior to rental period. Rental during a specific time is not guaranteed until full payment is received. Rates are
subject to change without notice at any time unless an official signed agreement and full payment are received.
Applicable taxes and cleaning fees are not included in these rates. All payments must be made by money order or
certified bank check ("cashiers check"). No personal or business checks, cash or credit/debit card payments will be
accepted. Payments made from banks outside the U.S. must be sent by bank draft in USD (United States Dollars).
Security Deposit (required): $1,000 USD
Pet Deposit: No Pets Allowed on the Premises
One Week Rental (3pm Sunday - 11am Sunday): $2,000 USD (plus 12.75% tax)
One Month/Four Weeks Rental: $8,000 USD (plus 12.75% tax)
Optional Clean-up Service: $250 USD (plus tax, does not cover the extraordinary or damage)
Overview of applicable taxes:
State = 6.75%
County = 3%
Local Accomodations = 3%
Total Taxes = 12.75%
(example: $2000 (1 week rental) + $255 (taxes) = $2255
(example: $8000 (4 week rental) + $1020 (taxes) = $9020
