This 2000 sq. ft. private home is located in a quiet coastal community of East Boca Raton.  It is a 
short (less than a 1/2 mile) scenic stroll to the beautiful Spanish River Beach and Park.  Enjoy the 
undeveloped beaches of Spanish River and the other protected nearby beaches.

While relaxing at the home, enjoy the private backyard lush with tropical plants, fruit trees and 
swaying palms. Count the many butterflies that enjoy the year round butterfly gardens. Equally 
inviting is the spacious covered front porch that overlooks several varieties of bananas plants and 
tropical flowers.

The home features 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 doubles, and an optional air mattress) and 2 
traditional “Old Florida” style bathrooms.

To secure your reservation:
Security deposit required with a signed lease agreement (50% of balance due minumim $500.00). This 
deposit is refunded within 1 week of departure.

$300.00 pet deposit with a signed lease agreement.  This deposit is refunded within 1 week of 
departure assuming no damage is present to the home or garden.
 

Cancellation Policy:

Security Deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is less than 30 days prior to arrival.
