Vacation Rental Description

       Gorgeous home completely furnished and beautifully decorated
inside and out .... and spacious enough for 8 to stay comfortably!
This beautiful house features a large backyard with volleyball, citrus
trees with ripe fruit, saltillo tile patio, outdoor kitchen with
grill, fridge, sink, bar, and incredible  beehive fireplace, sitting
walls all around, a "Cantina Patio",  
a fishpond/waterfall,  two tiled bars with mini- fridge, and a
"Jacuzzi" brand seriously theraputic  8 person jacuzzi.
     Inside, it has a pool table and another bumper pool/poker table
in living room, a "50s" game room, a gas fireplace, PRO massage
recliner, and large screen TV in the family room , a large fully
stocked kitchen with all dishes & appliances, an island bar with 6
barstools, kitchen dining table that seats 8, and a serenity fountain
in the foyer to the bedroom.
This spacious house with all the bars and seating areas is designed
for entertaining. It is absolutely perfect this time of year and has a
resort feel as you are unwinding in the jacuzzi and relaxing by the
beehive fireplace at night .

    This house is situated in a lovely, safe neighborhood in Chandler.
Located a few minutes from the 202/101 freeways, for easy access to
any Arizona destination .... including Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand
Canyon just a few hours away. 
Beautiful golf courses are within a few miles, as are parks with
fishing, biking , walking trails, & even trains.   Located near the
Chandler Fashion Square, shopping is fabulous, as are the neighborhood
restaurants ....Elephant Bar, The Keg, Gardunos, Tomasos, Chiles,
Black Angus, Outback, PF Changs, Rockfish Seafood Grill, Olive Garden
... to name a few!     The Superstition Mountains and its' incredible
hiking trails & picnic areas is close by, as is South Mountain and
Camelback Mountain .... good for all hiking skills.    Within 15
minutes from the house, you will find championship golf courses,
picnic areas,  horseback riding, wine tasting, the Phoenix Zoo, The
Desert Botanical Gardens, Rawhide, outdoor  "cowboy story
telling/steak grilling over an open fire"  type places,  and ...
within an hour, lakes for boating and fishing.

Rate is $250/nite with 4 nite minimum or  $1200/week  or $3500/month
during peak season .... January through May
