Vacation Rental Description

Brand new, 2100 sq. ft. home, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage, walking distance to the beautiful 
Los Sahuaros beach (150 - 200 m). Located in the very desirable gated community of Los Sahuaros, 
with 24 hours security service. You can enjoy two pools, hot spa, tennis court and other amenities 
the community has to offer. 
This home has open floor plan with fully equipped kitchen, central air-conditioning and heater. One 
of the bedrooms is the master suite. Master bedroom, kitchen and living room areas have mirror 
windows for the summer comfort.

Fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances: Fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishes and 
silverware.

Just 20miles south from our community in San Usidro you can enjoy very unique natural hot springs 
5 miles south from our community you can drive thru beautiful giant cactus reserve.     
San Felipe has an International Airport.  If you want to fly in you 
can contact Grey Eagle Aviation in Carlsbad, CA for rates, flights 
and departure airports. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Regular Rates: $210.00 per night or $1,250 per week
Holiday Rates: $240.00 per night or $1,550 per week
$250.00 security deposit is required to confirm a reservation
$50.00 One-time cleaning fee 
2 Night Minimum on WEEKENDS. 3 Night Minimum on HOLIDAYS. For additional days rates will be 15% 
DISCOUNTED.The balance of the rental amount is due two weeks prior to date of arrival.Payments can 
be made with pearsonael checks.  
Check in and Check out time is flexible.

Security Deposit refunds are based on the following policy:

30 day notice = 100% refund. 
14 days notice = 75% refund. 
Less than 14 days notice = 50% refund. 
Less than 7 days notice = no refund.
