Holiday Rates: $160.00 per night or $950 per week

2 Night Minimum on WEEKENDS. 3 Night Minimum on HOLIDAYS.
The balance of the rental amount is due two weeks prior to date of arrival. Payments can
be made with pearsonael checks direct deposit or other (please call for details).
Check in and Check out time is flexible.
Security Deposit refunds are based on the following policy:
30 day notice = 100% refund.
14 days notice = 75% refund.
Less than 14 days notice = 50% refund.
Less than 7 days notice = no refund.
