Vacation Rental Description

Built in May 2005 and appearing on the rental market in July 2006, this brand new villa, located in 
picturesque 
Hamlet at West Haven, is in the vicinity of a variety of tourist attractions, including the 
Champions Gate Golf 
Resort (four golf courses). It is located near Highway 27 and I-4, which makes it within a 
convenient distance to 
Disney World, MGM, the Epcot Center, Universal Studios, Wet N Wild, and more: all for less than a 
short ten to 
fifteen minute drive.

This spacious villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms. One king bed, one queen bed, and four twin 
beds. 
The interior of the house is designed, decorated, and furnished cozily. It comfortably sleeps up to 
8 people.

The hot spa and swimming pool (facing South) which is privately situated will be in the beautiful 
sunshine all day 
long. The pool and spa can be optionally heated. The lanai is fully screened with a chair-rail 
plastic panel to give 
you more privacy when you are trying to soak up the Florida sunshine during the day time or refresh 
those tired 
park-hopping muscles in the evening. The pool also comes fitted with a child safety fence and gate.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an open bar, beautiful dining area and a  breakfast nook. Phones, 
Cable TVs, 
a brand new Sony DVD, electronic game cube can be found in the family room. Family could enjoy pool 
table in 
the garage. A high speed Internet modem and computer desk are in the family room as well. Bed linen 
and 
towels are provided. A separate laundry room with a washer and dryer is provided. High chair, car 
seat and play 
pan are available and be found in the garage. And all local calls are free. 
The villa is managed by a professional local management company with a 24/7 emergency telephone 
number.

Activities and Attractions

Our villa is perfectly situated for all the theme parks and other major attractions within Central 
Florida. Disney 
World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive and many other 
attractions too 
numerous to mention within the Orlando area are all only a short drive away. There are also many 
shopping 
opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in 
the vicinity. 

The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of 
Clearwater and 
St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest 
rides with a 
variety of wild animals. 

To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space 
Center. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Rate Range: 
Weekly: $675 - $850 	  
Daily Rate of Pool Heat/Hot Spa or Jacussi if applied: $15 

Special Note: 
Stay of less than 7 nights may incur a clearning fee of $85.00.
Rate is subject to change without notice.
The rates quoted in this web page are base rate, the 12% state tax will be applied.
Pool heating/Spa: Optional, not included in the base rate.  $15.00/day. 

Please ask for our special discount if you plan to stay longer than 2 weeks. Referral bonus nights 
are also 
provided if you introduce our villa to your relatives or friends.

Low Season: from $675/week; Mid Season: from $725/week; 
High Season: from $850/week

Deposit and Cancellation Policy 
A $250.00 deposit will be collected at the time of reservation. 

Check In: 4 pm or later 
Check Out: no later than 11 am.

The client is fully responsible for their personal injury in the property during the time of 
occupancy. 
The client is also fully responsible for the property during the time of occupancy. 
All damages and breakages are the legal responsibilities of the client. 
Any maintenance or repair of the premises, equipments, amenities or fixtures required due to misuse 
will be 
charged to the client. 
A security deposit will be refunded following a satisfactory report from the property managers.
