Vacation Rental Description

This cottage located in the 499 acre WaterColor Resort is the  
ultimate location in the heart of WaterColor. This home features  
three bedrooms, three baths and generous gathering and living  
spaces. All three of the bedrooms, each have their own private  
baths. There is one king, one queen and two twins beds. The home is  
just steps away from the Beach Club, BoatHouse, and WaterColor Town  
Center. The home, located at 72 Buttercup Street is in the Rose  
Garden Mews section of WaterColor, which connects Western Lake to  
the beach, and Crimson Park.  
 
Our home has an updated decor such as granite countertops, hardwood  
floors, new linens, and many other special touches. Hopping into bed  
will be a treat as well, since only the softest cotton sheets are  
allowed in this house. You'll be sure to enjoy your morning coffee  
on the front screened porch. The kids are sure to love Crimson Park,  
a huge open play area that is also just steps away.

The Boat House, located on Western Lake, offers rentals of kayaks, sailboats, canoes, motor boats  
and fishing equipment. Throughout the 499 acre resort of WaterColor you will find several perfectly  
manicured parks, perfect for family picnics and games. Town Center has retail stores, cafes and the  
clock tower fountain. The Tennis Center features a stadium court surrounded by a grass-stepped  
terrace for the gallery, and five Har-Tru HydroCourts, including three that are lit for night play.   
Restaurants, a health spa, 5 pools, and hiking trails round out the array of resort offerings you  
can enjoy.
