Our 13th Ave condo has central air and is beautifully decorated with new furnishings. A vaulted
ceiling in the
Living Room, Dining Room and kitchen, add to the open air feeling. The master bedroom has a queen
size bed,
TV with DVD-VCR and a master bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms are equipped with 2 sets of twin beds,
TV-VCR
combos and a full bathroom between them. Comforters, blankets and pillows are provided for your
convenience. The living room sectional has a queen sized sofa bed, 42 inch plasma TV, DVD/VCR and a
bar.
Washer/Dryer is included. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with phone (for local calls), coffeemaker,
microwave,
oven, blender, toaster, garbage disposal and plenty cooking utensils. You won’t have trouble finding
a parking
space, there’s a 2 car garage & off street space for your convenience. Outdoor shower is also
included. Sorry,
no smoking or pets permitted.
