Vacation Rental Description

Spacious 2 bedroom condo, close to great restaurants and shopping!  Complex is right on the beach  
and has 2 outdoor pools, exercise room and 4 tennis courts.  There is a covered patio with a  
charcoal grill available for preparing dinner next to the beach while enjoying the beautiful  
sunsets!  Plenty of chairs and lounge chairs to relax on the beach while listening to the waves,  
reading a book or just getting that great Florida tan. 
 
Our Unit is in the C building #203.  It is located on the 2nd floor with elevator access and close  
parking.  The unit can sleep up to 6 people.  No pets allowed.  A non smoking unit. 
 
2 BEDROOMS:  Both have televisions and plenty of drawer space/closets so you can feel right at home  
             Master has two double beds and an adjoining full bath (walk-in shower) 
             Guest bedroom has 1 queen bed  
 
ADDITIONAL BATHROOMS:  
                      1 Full Bath (tub/shower combo) 
 
FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN: 
                        Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Electric Stove, Dishwasher 
  
SCREENED-IN/GLASSED PORCH with ceiling fan & light:  
             Great for starting your day while enjoying your coffee and breakfast.   
             Also nice for playing cards or reading a book.   
 
FAMILY ROOM:  
             Very comfortable, plenty of seating.  Enjoy watching a movie on the dvd/video player.
