A 12 X 18 enclosed and tiled screen porch with stairs leading down to the fenced backyard. A full concrete  
seawall with water, electric and boat lift make this a boater’s delight as the open water is right around the  
corner with a deep draft all the way out and no bridges to the ocean making it perfect for sailboats.  
 
Beautiful Looe Key and the National Marine Sanctuary are a short boat ride out the canal with some of the best  
snorkeling in North America. The sunset views from the living area are gorgeous and uninterrupted by any  
structures.  
 
Bahia Honda State Park and the most beautiful beaches in the Florida Keys are a 10 minute drive away. 
 
On neighboring Big Pine Key there is all the shopping you will need as well as tennis and recreation areas and  
wildlife trails in the National Key Deer Wildlife Refuge. 
 
There are local charter boats for diving and fishing the Gulf Stream as well as the flats within a five minute drive  
from this house. 
 
And 30 minutes down the road will land you at the end of US 1 in quirky Key West where you will find everything  
from Hemingway haunts to top-notch local theatre and nightly sunset celebrations.

Vacation Rental Amenities

This entire home is completely new from the electrical to the roof to the floors to the A/C and all appliances.   
This house has never been lived in or rented prior to now.   
 
There are granite countertops and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, which is well apppointed with a  
dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and microwave.  Tile floors throughout.  Large screened-in porch with stairs to  
the fenced backyard.  Large sized washer and dryer.  Large walk-in shower in master bath and a tub in the  
guest bath.  Television with cable as well as DVD/VCR with a good selection of movies. 
 
There is a boatlift for boats up to 23' and enough seawall for larger boats.  The seawall has a step down ladder  
into the clean canal.  The boat ramp is just down the road and the ocean access is superb for deep draft boats.

Activities and Attractions

Scuba diving is brillilant in this area as Looe Key Reef is about a 15 minute boat ride.  Offshore or reef fishing is  
exceptional.  There is a marina with fuel at the end of the canal so boating is very convenient. 
 
Tennis courts are a 10 minute drive.  There are boat and kayak rentals nearby.  Grocery and drug stores are  
over the bridge to Big Pine Key as well as  video rental, gas stations, churches and many more shops. 
 
The National Key Deer Refuge is located on Big Pine Key and there is an educational center and walking trails  
that will show you all the flora and fauna of the islands.
