This large Townhouse is available for your relaxing family vacation or
private romantic getaway. This quiet, private Townhouse is 1000 square
feet with two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has French
doors leading to a patio that has views of the downtown skyline and
the mountain ranges to the south. At night you can see the city lights
from the balcony off your bedroom. Full kitchen with microwave, coffee
maker, utensils etc. Washer and Dryer.
Owner is a photographer and townhouse is decorated with his private
collection. Very private landscaped patio with full sun for getting a
tan in private, having your breakfast or just relaxing and reading a
book. Nicest views in the whole complex! Views of mountains off the
layered deck. Always warm and cozy, full sun exposure in winter and
tree shaded in summer.

There are four pools available in the complex, one on top of hill with
beautiful views of the city. Spa robes are provided and you have
a short 1 min walk to the nearest pool & 300yds to heated pool & spa
in 'winter'. Discounts with the Lookout Mountain Golf Course at the
Pointe Hilton Tapatio (a LPGA tournament course it is one of the top
courses in the country.)
The hotel pools are also available for use during your stay.
Many restaurants nearby including Pointe Tapatio Different Pointe of
View with stunning nightime views of the city, or Il Forno famous NY
style Italian food across the street. AJ's Foods, an upscale deli &
food market are right over the hill. The resort amenities are right up
on top of the mountain - a moderate hike-walk away or five minutes by
car. Golfing, horseback riding, hiking, fine restaurants all right
here. You'll have easy access to Sedona, Scottsdale, Cave Creek and
the Grand Canyon while enjoying the resort amenities of this complex.

The townhouse complex is located next to North Mountain Park, one of
the most popular hiking areas in Phoenix with a wilderness desert that
has 50,000 acres of hiking, biking, birding, and the occasional
coyote, javelina, or wild donkey. Trails vary from an easy guided
paved stroll educating us about the Sonoran Desert to steep mountain
hiking for spectacular sunsets.
We want you to enjoy your stay here as much as we do living here! We
can provide you with a list of suggested restaurants, hidden
treasures, things to do depending on your mood, suggested day trips.
We do a lot of traveling and exploring of Arizona and can tell you
wonderful places to visit like Indian Ruins, secret places in Sedona,
the Superstition Mountains, the Apache Trail, boating or kayaking on
the lakes.
