floor planned Living Room with native stone fireplace (wood burning), Dining Area, great u-shaped Kitchen and  
another full bath.  Everything overlooks the Lake! 
 
The home sits just off a Point and is within a wide-open cove.  The house is positioned perfectly to take in  
amazing views of the main channel.  You'll see all kinds of boat activity during the day and wonderful flickering  
lakeside lights during the evening hours.  The exterior of the home is very clean and the neighborhood is  
extremely desirable for vacationing families.  The Roadside of the home has open parking for 2.  The owners are  
also providing guests with access to their 2 car garage.  There are two wonderful lakefront decks.  The upper

paper products (toilet paper and paper towels).  Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own  
beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.

15% discount for weekday stays. Full Week stays get one weekday free.  Rates are based on an  
6 person occupancy.  2 night minimum reservation required.  Cleaning Fee - $110.  On-site boat slip rental $10  
per night.
