Upon entering the property home, you're immediately drawn into the Dining Room with its spacious round table
and tapestry / leather covered chairs. Next to the Dining Room is the first of two spacious Kitchens. This lake
front Kitchen even has high top table seating for four. Directly off the Dining Room is the spacious and luxurious
Linving Room. Take in the large gas fireplace wall and enjoy the leather sectional (with a queen sofa sleeper)
while watching your favorite program on the flat screen TV (cable access & DVD player).
Need a place to relax and enjoy the lake views? Walk through etched glass patio doors from the Living Room
into the lakefront Sun Room. Here you'll find adequate seating for two on spacious leather chairs, just perfect
for reading that new novel. Or take in a game of cards at the glasss top table with seating for four. Show off
your musical talents back inside the Living Room by playing the piano for your family and friends.
Directly off the Living Room are all three spacious bedrooms. The master suite overlooks the lake and includes
a leathered headboard queen size bed, a huge dresser, closet and TV with DVD player. The second bedroom is
decorated in blue and includes another queen size bed and dresser. The third bedroom in perfect for the kids
with two twin size beds, a dresser and plenty of closet space.
All three bedrooms share a double vanity sink bathroom with a large walk-in shower. There is a second
bathroom located just off the pass though Laundry Area - next to the Kitchen. This bathroom is a full size bath
with a shower tub.
The key selling point of this property is the extra large second Sun Room which is directly off the Laundry pass
through area. Everyone will spend time in this wonderful space. There is abundant seating for visiting after a
day of boating or swimming, or sit back and watch your favorite progam on the TV with VCR player. The Sun
Room is also set up with the complete kitchen. This area of the house is great for entertaining. Enjoy the
counter heigth seating bar area and take is some wonderful lakeside views.
The exterior of the home is well manicured and certainly has curb appeal. Parking is ideal with a covered
parking garage area for two vehicles and additional parking space just off the main road. The front yard is
beautified with several garden areas around the parameter of the property, sidewalk pathways and an outside
seating area with table and charis for four.
The fenced in property also boasts a large shade covered deck which is directly off the largest Sun Room.
Guests will enjoy the built in terraced seating as well and lake views from any one of the other spacious chairs.
The swimmers and fisherman will certanly enjoy the properties waterside amenities. The gentle sloping lot
offers swimmers a unique sandy beach - this is very rare at the Lake of the Ozarks. Fishing is ideal within the
LIttle Niangua Arm. Everyone will enjoy the dock with it open slip for boat storage and spacious swim deck and
picnic table.
What cook wouldn't enjoy having access to two wonderful kitchens - one within the main house and another
within the expansive sunroom. The main kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances (range, microwave,
dishwasher, refrigerator.) Need more refrig space? Store all the cold drinks in the second kitchen. Guests also
have access to a upright freezer, perfect for storing bags of ice (located in the laundry room pass though area.)
The second kitchen in the sunroom is ideal for entertaining with access to standard appliances and great access
to a low level wrap around bar. Don't forget that the grill is just outside the slider doors, waiting for those
special cook-out recipes.
Homes are furnished for normal housekeeping with dishes, cookware, flatware, glasses, grills, and basic
appliances. Sofa sleepers are recommended for children’s use only and not that of adult usage. We are also
pleased to provide bed linens, bath towels, and a starter packet of detergents, bath soaps, trash bags and
paper products (toilet paper and paper towels). Please bring replacements for starter packet items, your own
beach towels, soaps, personal toiletries, coolers, cleaning supplies, camera, life jackets, etc.
This beautiful property is just 20-25 minutes away from all the action on the busy side of the Lake – Bagnell
Dam, Lake Ozarks, and Osage Beach – via the community bridge. Once you are here plan to take in any
number of the Lake's attractions including state parks, theme parks, cave explorations, golfing, go-karts,
theatres, bowling, music shows, museums, and of course lots of shopping. We can help with any of the details

6 person occupancy. 2 night minimum reservation required. Cleaning Fee - $100. On-site boat slip rental $10
per night.
