Vacation Rental Description

September 27 through the end of October $755 a week ($150 off realtor rates) or  
stay 3 or more nights for $153 per night (10% off realtor rates) 
    The condo is a penthouse unit with cathedral ceilings and an 18 foot balcony right on the beach  
looking over the ocean, with views of the beach, the sea and waves, the homes and town of Bethany and  
Indian Head State Park. The beach is right outside the building door. Covered parking underneath the  
building is included, as are bed linens, bath towels and a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer.  
 
This is a platinum rated unit which is the top rated at Sea Colony--only 5% of the units have this  
rating. The building itself has just undergone a $3M renovation.  
 
This is a fully renovated 1 bedroom oceanfront condo with queen bed, 1.5 baths, which sleeps 4-6,  
featuring a complete kitchen with granite counters, Italian porcelain tile floors in all rooms,  
original Asian wood cuts, statues & other attractive art, Hickory cabinetry, Italian leather queen  
sleep sofa with wooden slats instead of metal bars, and an air mattress for children or extra guests.  
The kitchen is fully equipt with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher etc.  
and full sized refrigerator and stove. Two cable TVs and a DVD player are included. Computer access  
is available (but not guaranteed).

Vacation Rental Amenities

The beach was enlarged over the winter to provide 200 feet of sand from the condos to the ocean. Sea  
Colony is an immaculately kept resort with ten outdoor  pools and two indoor pools with whirlpools  
and sauna, two state of the art gyms, yoga, water aerobics, aerobics, spinning, and pilates classes  
available.  This beautiful beach community includes programs for children and teens, community  
shuttle, hiking-biking trails & more.

Activities and Attractions

Sea Colony is the fine family beach and tennis resort community, located in Bethany Beach, Delaware.  
The private resort community, composed of 2200 oceanfront condominiums, spacious town homes and  
private single-family homes, is within steps of the ocean.  
 
Renters have exclusive access to a half mile of private, guarded beach, 12 pools, 34 tennis courts,  
world-class tennis facilities and instructors, and a gym with an Olympic-size indoor pool and a  
variety of programs for every age.  This beautifully landscaped community, with around-the-clock  
security, has biking and walking trails, playground and picnic areas, as well as trees and parks.   
Surrounded by wide open spaces on nearly all sides, there is a sense of peace and spaciousness.  And  
yet the community is within walking distance to quaint shops and services and only minutes away from  
tax-free outlet shopping at nearby Rehoboth Beach.  Golfers can spend days on the region's many  
championship golf courses. Spa facilities located close by.

Vacation Rental Rates

I am one of the few owners at Sea Colony Resort in Delaware who allows rentals all year round that  
are less than one week long and do not require you to brave the traffic on weekends. Come or  
leave any available day, with a minimum of three night stay.  
 
Rates by the day: 
$125 from October 30 until May 30, $195 in June, $295 in July and August, $153 in September/October  
30  
 
Rates by the week: 
$650 from October 30 until May 30, $1295 in June, $1795 in July and August, $755 in  
September/October 30 
 
Prices include linens, parking, cleaning and all taxes. A recreation fee is charged by the condo  
association for all guests over the age of 5. This fee is a one time charge per adult and  
child over 5, for unlimited use of the gyms and indoor pools and hot tubs.  The exact price varies by  
season.
