This is a platinum rated unit which is the top rated at Sea Colony--
only 5% of the units have this rating. The building itself has just
undergone a $3M renovation.

The recent renovation includes:

• granite counters,
• Italian porcelain tile floors in all rooms,
• original Asian wood cuts, statues & other attractive art,
• Hickory cabinetry,
• Italian leather queen sleep sofa with wooden slats instead
  of metal bars,
• and a twin air mattress for children or extra guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, blender, microwave, dishwasher etc. and full sized refrigerator and
stove. Two cable TVs and a DVD player are included. Broadband Computer access is available (but not guaranteed). Digital cable, TV in Bedroom and great room. DVD player.

community, with around-the-clock security, has biking and walking
trails, playground and picnic areas, as well as trees and parks.
Surrounded by wide open spaces on nearly all sides, there is a sense
of peace and spaciousness. And yet the community is within walking
distance to quaint shops and services and only minutes away from
tax-free outlet shopping at nearby Rehoboth Beach. Golfers can spend
days on the region's many championship golf courses. Spa facilities
located close by. Summer programs are offered for tots and teens.

I am one of the few owners at Sea Colony Resort in Delaware who
allows rentals all year round that are less than one week long and do
not require you to brave the traffic on weekends. Come or
leave any available day, with a minimum of three night stay in July and August, two nights at other times.
Rates by the day:

--$155 in April and May until memorial day weekend

--$199 memorial day weekend through June 28, 
--$325 in July

--$325 in August,
--$155 after Labor Day in September/October 30

--November until April 1:

$125 a night (1 or 2 nights),

$95 a night, (3 or more nights)

Rates by the week:

--$755 November through April
--$895 in May until Memorial Day weekend

--$995  Memorial Day until June 15

--$1495 June 15 to 29
--$1945 in July

--$1945 in August through labor day

--$1495 labor day week
--$855 in September/October 30

The process is simple: I will email you a lease--you return it with a
deposit. Then I reseve the time  for you. Thirty days before you
come, you send me the remaining rent, and I will send you the signed
lease and key and all instructions.

A recreation fee is charged by the condo association for all guests
over the age of 4. This fee is a one time charge per week.  The exact price of the recreation fee varies by season, and is  between $10 and $35. There is a cleaning fee of $75. No taxes, parking, administrative fees. $200 security deposit fully refundable.
