The best of both worlds! Private Ski Lift for Arrowhead just 50 yards away. Ski your own private mountain with
 NO!!!  CROWDS!!!   
Or take the Arrowhead Lift and then ski directly over to Beaver Creek, its all connected and all part of the same lift 
ticket. And just a short 10 min ride to Vail by car or the Shuttle for the largest mountain in the United States. Then 
come back for a dip in the beautiful hot tub.

Don't forget the Summer is what all the locals live for. It truly is breathtaking. Hiking, Biking, Kayaking, Golfing. The 
most beautiful golf course is just 50 yards from your door as well as Hiking and Biking right here at Arrowhead 
mountain and the Eagle river runs in front of the main entrance if your a Kayaker or Fisherman. The area has a great 
assortment of the finest fly fishing shops and guided services.

The Condo is decorated and maintained just the way we like it. We usually stay here ourselves two weeks out of each 
month so you know everything is kept in great shape and up to date.
