This magnificent and unique home was nicely decorated to create a Spanish- Hacienda atmosphere, with  
one of a kind upgrades that include; Hand carved Mahogany Peruvian Door, Hand painted sinks and  
murals from Mexico, hand painted porcelain tiles from Peru,  Saltillo floors (terracota), Beautiful  
wood and leather furniture from : 
Mexico, Peru, Colombia and Panama, Hand made cooper sinks, estate of the art hand hand made  
decorations from all over the world, Faux finish paint with beautiful and warm colors in almost the  
whole house.  
Gourmet kitchen with granite counters, wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances and a island  
counter. Big and spacious family room perfect to entertaing a big family with wood  
french doors that offers the view of the cozy cover patio and pool area, 52" H.D. plasma  
T.V.,surround sound and of course the warm fire place. The guest suite is conveniently located in  
the first floor.  The Master Suite is located in the second floor for more privacy 
and has a huge balcony that overlooks, the pool area , the  stunning garden view , the natural  
preserve and the horse trail.  
A formal dinning is in the first floor and the comfortable living area has high ceilings,  
Plantation shutters on the windows a nicely decorated fire place and leather furniture. 
The pool area was nicely done with brick floors, Iron fence, nice  and lush landscaping and a  
wonderful outdoor kitchen with grill, stove, and refrigerator.

The Wispering Pines community is a beautiful and well kept family oriented neighborhood  with acres   
homes, lush landscaping and surrounded by a national wild preserve , lakes and a convenient horse  
trail. 
We are located less than 10 minutes away from the biggest mall in Florida THE SWAGRASS MALL , THE  
BANK ATLANTIC CENTER, ( a beautiful arena for performing arts and events), and the FLAMINGO GARDENS  
one of the beautiful turist attractions of south florida. 
The house counts with two A/C units, range, oven, microwave convection oven, coffee maker, toaster,  
all cooking utensils, linens, towels, iron, ironing board, washer and dryer inside unit,  52" flat  
screen H.D. t.v. in family room and aditional t.v. in each beedroom,  computer with internet  
service, fax, printer and scanner machine in office.
