Vacation Rental Description

Colorfully decorated two bedroom condo on a cliff with a breathtaking
unobstructed view overlooking the ocean from the living room, dining
room, kitchen and deck.

2 bedroom, 2 bath, sleeps 4
1 king bed, 1 queen bed, both topped with memory foam pads over the
mattresses

No Pets  No Smoking

Vacation Rental Amenities

Telephone with answering machine in kitchen and in the two bedrooms
Cable television in living room and the two bedrooms with DVD players
CD player  for your favorite music
Fireplace in living area
Kitchen fully stocked to prepare a lovely meal with view from kitchen:
microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker and attractive table settings.

Activities and Attractions

There is access to the beach on paths that are privately maintained by
the association and the beach is very private.  Huge rock formations
are on the beach and in the ocean with views of sea life.  It is not
unusual to see whales frolicking off the shore.  A state park adjoins
the property and you can hike for miles through the forest above the
sea.  There are several state parks that are just a few minutes of
driving distance.  Shopping is within five minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$150 nightly with a 3 day minimum
$60 cleaning fee and a $250 damage deposit  is required which will be
returned if no damage is incurred. 
A deposit of half the rent is due immediately to hold the reservation. 
The cleaning fee and damage deposit is due with the remainder of the
rent 30 days prior to arrival date.
A reservation confirmation contract will be sent upon receiving the
deposit.
