There is access to the beach on paths that are privately maintained by
the association and the beach is very private. Huge rock formations
are on the beach and in the ocean with views of sea life. It is not
unusual to see whales frolicking off the shore. A state park adjoins
the property and you can hike for miles through the forest above the
sea. There are several state parks that are just a few minutes of
driving distance. Shopping is within five minutes away.

$145 nightly with a 3 day minimum
$60 cleaning fee and a $250 damage deposit is required which will be
returned if no damage is incurred.
A deposit of half the rent is due immediately to hold the reservation.
The cleaning fee and damage deposit is due with the remainder of the
rent 30 days prior to arrival date.
A reservation confirmation contract will be sent upon receiving the
deposit.
