Wake up to stunning sunrises over Penobscot Bay just 5 miles north of Camden and fall asleep to the 
sound of waves washing ashore. Spend the day on the deck, relaxing in the hammock, or exploring the 
beach while watching windjammers sail by, lobster boats making their rounds, and gulls, osprey, 
loons and eagles circling overhead.  Or, hike to Mt. Battie for panoramic views, experience the 
quaint shops, antique and art galleries and unique restaurants in Lincolnville Beach and Camden, 
travel by ferry to explore the nearby islands or take a day trip to Acadia National Park. In the 
evening, feast on lobster, curl up by the fire, unwind in the sauna and cool off on the deck under a 
canopy of brilliant stars.  

There is no end to the pleasures that await you in this enchanting custom designed 3,000 square foot 
cottage with detailed woodwork and hardwood floors/ceramic tile throughout.  The main floor includes 
a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, full bath, and great room complete with stone fireplace and 
baby grand piano. A spiral staircase winds to a cathedral ceiling TV loft, library with window seat 
(ideal writer's retreat!)and master bedroom suite with private bath, whirlpool tub, and small 
morning balcony overlooking the ocean.  The lower level includes an inviting guest bedroom with 
queen-size bed, a cozy study, laundry room, bath and sauna. Both the loft and great room are 
complimented with queen size sleeper sofas.  You’ll savor breathtaking ocean views 
from every room!  French doors on the main level open to a 36-foot deck and a meandering path down 
to the ocean.
