Vacation Rental Description

Newly redecorated, Villa Palmera is situated in Windward Cay, a small, select, open floor plan estate only 400 
yards off of 192.  This community is also known as the "Hidden Jewel of Kissimmee," which is located just 10 
minutes from the Disney Resorts, and 15 minutes from Sea World and the exciting Universal Studios.  The Gulf 
coast beaches can be reached in about 90 minutes to the West, while to the East, The Kennedy Space Centre 
and Cocoa Beach can be reached within 45 minutes to an hour.

This intimately private and relaxing villa backs up to a beautiful conservation area.  Filled with beautiful hibiscus 
bushes and large trees, you will feel like you are in your own private paradise.  With all the amenities expected 
of a Floridian Villa, this three (3) bedroom, two (2) bathroom home sleeps 6 – 8 people comfortably.

The Villa is also well maintained by a Managing Company who are always available throughout your stay.

Activities and Attractions

If interested, the villa is only 10 minutes (7 miles) from the front gates of Disney World.   Sea World, Universal 
Studios, City Walk and Wet & Wild are approximately 10-15 minutes away, as well.

If you want to go to some of the Orlando Attractions, be sure to have some discounted tickets in hand. You can 
get discounts on Disney Tickets, Sea World Tickets, and Orlando Dinner Show Tickets .   You can even get 
discounts on exclusive event tickets, like Halloween Horror Nights Tickets. You just have to know where to look

There is a lot of shopping just minutes away. The Orlando Prime Outlets, the Florida Mall, Beall's, Rack Room 
Shoes, Nike, and Marshall's are just a few of the big names on a very big list. 

**Local grocery shopping is less than 3 minutes away at Super Walmart, Super Target, and Publix.

**If you drive East or West on Route 192, you will find large amounts of things to do.
