1550 sqft house (1988) with attached 2-car garage. 3 large bedrooms & 2 full bathrooms. Laundry
room, large family room, dining room and full kitchen w/dishwasher. Pans & some dishes are
available. Sleeps 2/2/2-6 total of 10+ people. Room also for camper or RV parking. Large yard for
numerous tent locations.

Lots of activities to be had on the lake and around the lake. Swimming, tubing, boating & jet sking
(rentals nearby). Sandy and shallow - great for kids to swim in. Houghton Lake is a fisherman's
dream - so many places to fish ( river, lake & canels). Located on the south side which is sheltered
more from waves and wind. Lots of shopping, restaurant & bars nearby. Walmarts within 5 miles.
Restaurant across street & ice cream shop is walking distance from house. M-55 has asphalt bike
lane for biking. Fire pit for marshmallowing and relaxing. Located near two amusement parks, go-
kart tracks & put-put golf. Love to golf, there is 3+ locations to swing your clubs. ORV trails
located nearby (must trailer to). Ice fishing & snowmobing is a very popular sports in the
winter months. Within miles of state land for hunting. There is so much to do, your week will be
fun packed!

$900 to $1200 due to holiday weekends and special events at H. Lake area. Rentals are Friday 2pm to
