Driveway is located off from main drive (m-55) but house is tucked back on an acre parcel, no road
noises can be heard due to the
distance from road.

room, large family room, dining room and full kitchen w/dishwasher. Pans & some dishes are
available. Sleeps 2/2/2-6 total of 10+ people. Room also for camper or RV parking. Large yard for
numerous tent locations.
activities and attractions in Houghton Lake Michigan
Lots of activities to be had on the lake and around the lake. Swimming, tubing, boating & jet sking
(rentals nearby). Sandy and shallow - great for kids to swim in. Houghton Lake is a fisherman's
dream - so many places to fish ( river, lake & canels). Located on the south side which is sheltered
more from waves and wind. Lots of shopping, restaurant & bars nearby. Walmarts within 5 miles.
Restaurant across street & ice cream shop is walking distance from house. M-55 has asphalt bike
lane for biking. Fire pit for marshmallowing and relaxing. Located near two amusement parks, go-
kart tracks & put-put golf. Love to golf, there is 3+ locations to swing your clubs. ORV trails
located nearby (must trailer to). Ice fishing & snowmobing is a very popular sports in the
winter months. Within miles of state land for hunting. There is so much to do, your week will be
fun packed!
vacation rental rates
$900 to $1200 due to holiday weekends and special events at H. Lake area. Rentals are Friday 2pm to Friday 11 am. Please call soon due to repeat customers. Please no pets and no smoking in house. Discount for off season rental. This house is available for weekly rental all year long. Discount for multiple weeks.
