Vacation Rental Description

Recently renovated, designer owned home perched on beautiful hillside overlooking protected national park 
land of Jug End Preserve.  3 bedrooms, large living room with wood burning stove and plenty of room for 
entertaining.  Brand new, oversized, gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and 
full selection of cookware.  Farm-style dining table seats 6-8 people.  Bathroom recently renovated with all new 
plumbing fixtures and stone mosaic floor.  Bedrooms consist of 1 queen bed, 1 full bed and 1 king bed that can 
also be split into 2 twin beds for more flexible accomidations.  There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in the 
living room for added guests.  Phone line and sattelite TV with all the premium channels included.  Sliding glass 
doors lead to wood deck in backyard with table and chairs and BBQ, as well as additional seating with fire-pit 
for chilly nights.  Front porch has 2 rocking chairs with relaxing views.  Tasteful decor throughout the 
home....charm, style and comfort!

Activities and Attractions

House is located in South Egremont on Mount Washington road among an expense of national park land and 
the Appilation trail.  Catamount ski area is less than 3 miles down the road and Butternut ski area is 15 
minutes.  5 minutes to town of Egremont for dining options and about 10-15 minutes to heart of Great 
Barrington for great shopping and wide variety of dining options.  Close to Route 7 for antique lovers and 
about 25 minutes to Tanglewood for music lovers...no shortage of cultural activities...Berkshire Theater Festival, 
Mass Moca museam, Norman Rockwell museum and beautiful historic homes to tour.   Many options for outdoor 
activities...close to Bash Bish waterfall, tons of lakes for swimming and boating and endless hiking trails!  You 
can really experience all that the Berkshires has to offer year round from this easy location.

$800 Per week during November, March, April & May
$1000 Per week during June, September & October
$1200 Per week during December, January & February
$1600 Per week during July & August

3 day weekend rates offered based on availability.
