We have everything you need to comfortably enjoy your Ocean City getaway! This house is more than just a second property to us, it is our home. We even got married on the deck! 

So to us it is important that we keep it looking and feeling like a home - with our decorations, amenities, and upkeep. We want you to feel at home here too.

The house is a 2-unit duplex, and our unit is located on the first floor.  There are 7 steps to get into the unit and there are 3 steps once you are inside to get to the bedrooms and bathrooms.

We are located on a cul-de-sac on the bay, and are close to the Sand Castle Park at 34th Street, public tennis and basketball courts, Acme, CVS, Wawa, restaurants, and less than 1/2 mile from the 34th Street Beach, which has bathrooms. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry, an outdoor shower, a boat slip, room for lots of parking, and a great deck with the BEST view of the sunset on the island.  

A 10’6” wide by 30’ long boat can fit in our dock.

We have dishes, glasses, and silverware for 12. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we also have an outdoor grill.  WiFi, 4 TV's, 3 DVD's,  and Cable will be provided for your entertainment, as well as many board games and books! We have outdoor chairs, a table, and lounge chairs for you to relax the days away in. There is a full-sized washer and dryer, and ceiling fans in every room. We have a new air conditioner to keep you cool ... and, just in case, a wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm.

If you have never been to Ocean City, you are in for a treat! If you have, then you know what a great family resort it is! There is something for everyone to do here - beaches, golf, playgrounds, tennis, bike riding, fishing, sailing, kayaking, jet skiing, miniature golf, shopping, amusement rides, and lots of restaurants. We are even close to the casinos, nightlife, and shopping outlets of Atlantic City. What are you waiting for?

Kid Friendly: House has crib and the back deck has a gate on it.
Minimum Age Limit for Renters: 25 years old.  No prom, spring break, or graduation groups (chaperoned or not) will be allowed to rent. Weddings may be allowed with permission.

PET POLICY

If you are bringing a dog, there is an additional $100 fee, per animal, regardlss of length of rental.  We allow a maximum of TWO dogs.

SECURITY DEPOSIT POLICY

$300 refundable security deposit applies to all rentals, regardless of length.  With a dog, the security deposit is $500, regardless of length.
