First floor level has living room with a full size sofa bed, dining room and large kitchen.
4th bedroom with Queen Bed and complete entertainment system on ground level with private entrance
and ½ bath. This makes a great guest quarters.
Also on ground level is a finished off garage playroom freshly carpeted and complete with TV for
connecting playstation; DVD player, etc.
Washer and dryer are both on ground floor.
Attached screened porch has ample sitting area. Outdoor basketball backboard.
Large fenced in back/side yard is a great place for kids and pets to play.
Large concrete patio adjoining screened porch with a picnic table with benches, two additional

Vacation Rental Rates
Prices just reduced for open weeks remaining for the season as follows:
September: $1200 / week
October: $1000 / week
Rentals are Saturday to Saturday
Rates decrease for two week or longer terms. Please contact us.
Refundable deposit: $300; $450 with pets. Deposit required to reserve
Full rental due 30 days in advance.
Sorry credit cards are not accepted.
Renter is responsible for cleaning the house to as-found condition. Contact us if you want to use
our cleaning service for contact information.
Deposit will be returned promptly after inspection. Any damages and/or further cleaning costs will
be deducted.
