$2500.00 per week, plus 10% occupancy room tax
$250.00 for professional cleaning and linen services
Total Charge: $3,000.00 per week
Security Deposit: We collect an additional $200.00 Security Deposit, this money may be refunded in the event a
proper cancellation is made (see policy below) and given the home and the items in it are left in good condition.
Check-in time: Saturdays after 4 p.m.
Check-out time: The following Saturday before 11 a.m.
To formally confirm a reservation: We must receive a signed copy of our Rental Agreement, accompanied with a
check issued for the total amount due as agreed upon in writing.
To properly cancel a reservation: We must receive a 30-day written notice of cancellation (30) days prior to the
first day of a confirmed reservation to receive a full refund; cancelling a reservation in writing within 30 days
from the first day of a confirmed reservation, all but the $200.00 Security Deposit will be refunded.
Off-Season: First day following the end of the Labor Day Weekend through the first day of the following
Memorial Day Weekend, excluding the Holidays and Holiday weeks referenced above.
