Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season:  Memorial Day Weekend through the end of Labor Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Week, Christmas  
Week, New Year's, President's Day Weeked, Week before and after Easter as it lands on any given calendar  
year. 
 
Peak Season: 1 week minimum (7 night-stay required) 
$2500.00 per week, plus 10% occupancy room tax 
$250.00 for professional cleaning and linen services 
Total Charge:  $3,000.00 per week  
 
Security Deposit:  We collect an additional $200.00 Security Deposit, this money may be refunded in the event a  
proper cancellation is made (see policy below) and given the home and the items in it are left in good condition. 
 
Check-in time:  Saturdays after 4 p.m. 
Check-out time:  The following Saturday before 11 a.m. 
 
To formally confirm a reservation:  We must receive a signed copy of our Rental Agreement, accompanied with a  
check issued for the total amount due as agreed upon in writing.   
 
To properly cancel a reservation:  We must receive a 30-day written notice of cancellation (30) days prior to the  
first day of a confirmed reservation to receive a full refund; cancelling a reservation in writing within 30 days  
from the first day of a confirmed reservation, all but the $200.00 Security Deposit will be refunded.   
 
Off-Season:  First day following the end of the Labor Day Weekend through the first day of the following  
Memorial Day Weekend, excluding the Holidays and Holiday weeks referenced above. 
 
Off-Season: 
$2,350.00 per week, plus 10% occupancy room tax 
$250.00 for professional cleaning and linen services 
Total Charge:  $2,835.00 per week
