stainless steel Jenn Air appliances, granite counter tops, and large entertainment area/great room  
with 36-inch TV, cable movie/sports channels, DVD, TV's in each bedroom, wireless broadband internet  
access, patio dining and grill as well as an above ground pool.  
   Tennis courts, parks, boat launch and 2 golf courses just a few blocks away. Hard Rock Casino,  
Gulf Stream Horse Park and Diplomat hotel and country club within minutes. 
   Nestled in historic neighborhood just blocks from vibrant downtown, numerous outdoor cafes,  
restaurants, shopping,and live entertainment.  
   Walk along the charming Hollywood Beach Boardwalk (it's the only oceanfront boardwalk in Florida)  
then dine 10 steps from the sand. Just a short drive to both Fort Lauderdale and world renowned South  
Beach! 
   This home is truly a paradise found. Stroll to the beach, sunbathe in your private yard, prepare a

Vacation Rental Amenities

There are two bedrooms with queen size beds, one with two twin size beds as well as a queen size  
bed and a florida room with a queen size pull out couch.  The sleeping arrangements comfortably  
accommodate 8 adults and 2 children! 
   There is central AC and ceiling fans in each room. Each room is also equipped with a TV. Linens  
and towels are provided. 
   The kitchen is fully supplied with dishes and silverware as well as pots and pans and cooking  
utensils. The large open kitchen also has a coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven and a  wine cooler. 
   There is a washer and dryer on premises for your convenience! 
   Living room is supplied with a brand new TV with cable service and there is wireless broadband  
internet service throughout the house for your convenience. 
           The private back yard has lounge chairs and table as well as a gas grill for outdoor  
cooking! The above ground pool measures 20 ft in diameter and is 4 ft deep. 
   The driveway comfortably fits 3 cars and there is additional parking on the street if required.  
Pets are allowed but require owners approval. This is a non-smoking house.

Activities and Attractions

Hollywood Beach was recently voted one of the '100 Best Beaches' and now with it's newly renovated  
boardwalk and palm trees in the sand it's more beautiful than ever. There is an outdoor band shelter  
on the beach, cafes, and bike paths. Anne Kolb Nature center has kayak rentals and hiking trails.  
   Downtown Hollywood is one of South Florida's newest hot spots. Enjoy live music and dining, just a  
stroll away.  
   Shopping couldn't be better with Aventura Mall and Sawgrass Outlet. Tennis and Gold abound in this  
year round playground with 5 courses within 10 miles and many courts to choose from. 
   World class Diplomat Spa and health club is just 13 blocks away. Bisycling and strolling on the  
beach are popular as well as deep sea fishing and diving off our coast. The beautiful azure seas are
