Located on the most western point of peaceful and beautiful Samish Island,
this estate offers guests an idylluic romantic retreat. The "petite house" 
is nestled among giant cedar, fir and maple trees that generously dot the 
40 waterfront acres. There is only one cottage available to guests and it 
is privately situated with no other buildings nearby. The hosts live on the 
other side of the property in their own home. 
Trails meander through spacious lush gardens and mystic forestland stretched
across high granite bluffs that drop majestically to sandy beaches and rocky 
coves. 
Quiet, private, casual, Samish Island is accessed from the mainland by 
a road bridge. There are nearby quaint towns to explore and a variety of 
resturants offering choices from casual "pub-grub" to haute cuisine with
award-winning wine cellars.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Samish Point Cottage was developed with attention to every amenity 
that will make your stay a very special experience. The architecture
and interiors are styled after the Cape Cod seaside homes of the 1940's, 
featuring honey pine and white washed furnishings that evoke a cozy, 
casual retreat. A Riverrock fireplace highlights the living room which
is adjacent to the dinette and full kitchen with well stocked pantry. 
Starbucks coffee, tea, sugar and cream are provided for two mornings 
of your stay.
Gracious french doors lead out onto a spacious deck with BBQ and 
private garden. Satelite TV, VCR/DVD with library, wireless internet, 
oversized bedrooms with a choice of king or queen beds, and many more 
special details to enhance your secluded, restfull retreat from the 
hustle and bustle of daily life.

Vacation Rental Rates

 Nightly Rate:
 Two night minimum stay: two guests- $185.00 per night
 Additional guests- $30.00 per night up to a maximum of six. 
  (Rates based on double occupancy) 
   Single occupancy $50.00 per night
 
 Weekly Rates:
 Seven night stay two guests- $950.00 per week
 Additional guests- $175.00 each per week up to a maximum of six.
   (Rates based on double occupancy) 
    Single occupancy $180.00 per week
