2008 

April - October - $2000/mo (Rent only - golf membership extra)
November - $2500 (Rent only - golf extra)
December  - $3500 (Again, rent only - golf extra.)


2009

High Season 2009: Jan Feb and Mar - $17,500 Includes full golf
membership and transfer fees.  
*Add December 2008 or April 2009 to full season rental 
for an additional $2500.*
