This property is located on a cul-de-sac, so traffic is very light, it
also has central air, laundry room, fully equipped kitcken, fenced in
yard with paved patio and beautifully landscaped with Koi pond, patio
set with outdoor grill, tv in every bedroom and internet access.

Point Pleasant is such a versatile town catering to families but also
attracting the younger crowd. By day you can relax on the beach and
visit the boardwalk that has arcades, games, miniature golf, fun house
and even an aquarium. For the fisherman in you, available are half
day or full day party boats and by night you can visit Jenk's Club or
the famous Tiki Bar. If gambling is more your style Atlantic City is
only a short distance away and Seasides Nightlife is only a short 20
minute cab ride away.

Upon agreement 1/2 rental (non-refundable without 30 day cancellation
notice) and $500 security deposit is due and balance is due 2 weeks
prior to rental date.
