Vacation Rental Description

  Visiters world-wide love this large and beautiful home on the shore of Green Bay.  It is decorated 
with wounderful antiques, unusal stain-glass, comfortable seating with views of Green Bay. This home 
is designed for relaxation.  There is a large dining room that seats 12, large master bedroom with a 
wirlpool bath, fully stocked island kitchen, large sunroom with 8 skylights, and sliding Anderson 
windows only partially describes the interior.  Outside.  Well, where does one begin? There is a 
20ft. motorized awning off of the sunroom.  Also, there are 3 decks facing the water, bar-b-que deck 
with gas and charcoal grills, spacious patios, gurgling water pond, outdoor fire place with plenty 
of seating, picnic tables, pleasing landscaping with flowers and plants everywhere!  Of course 
beautiful views of Green Bay, Plum and Washington Islands.  Descend the one of a kind lighted spiral 
staircase to the lighted 70 ft. pier, sit on a bench with a cup of coffee and watch the sun come up 
over Washington Island(sunsets middle May-middle August).  Watch the ferry's and fishing boats go 
by.  Fish.  There was a 12 lb. Walleye caught off the pier recently.  Take a walk on the quiet, 
beautiful Wisconson Bay Road and nearby trails.  Walk to Gills rock: shops, ferry to Washington 
Island, and the Shoreline restaurant.

Weekly rate:$2,400
Pets:$150 pet deposit and a $10 per night fee-must be in carrier overnight
We require 1/3 deposit within 7 days of making reservation to hold dates 
All payments are due 7 days before arrival
All rates are subject to local sales tax
Check-in for weekly rentals(3PM Sat.), Check-out(10AM Sat.)
