Vacation Rental Description

This is the most important thing you need to know about our home.  It
is our 2nd home.  We take immense pride in this highly upgraded condo. 
The furniture is 1st class.  The art is 1st class.  Why?  Because it
is my wife's and my home... we care for it as such... it is NOT just a
condo... it is OUR home.  Similar condos simply do not have this
quality.  For this reason, our home is rented to only a select few people.

Be ware of other units claiming OCEAN VIEW or even OCEAN FRONT when in
fact, they do not...  What you see with our unit is EXACTLY what you get.

Our primary residence is in Orange County and 2008 is turning out to
be a year where my work is keeping me from spending time in Hawaii.  I
usually travel to my home in Hawaii 8 to 10 times a year. 

Please compare my interior side by side with others in Kai Lani.  You
will find there is no comparison.  Take a look at the pictures...  We
have UNOBSTRUCTED VIEWS FROM THE INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR.  THIS MEANS
COMPLETE PRIVACY.  NO ONE IS LOOKING INTO OUR UNIT!

The guest bedroom doubles as an office.  Notice the extremely high end
murphy bed system in the pictures below.

There is no better high end community than Kai Lani...  Why?  one
word... oceanfront!

Further, we live in a perimeter unit, meaning we are truly oceanfront.
 Out of all the oceanfront units at Kai Lani, there are 4 total units
that would be considered the absolute best views.  We own one of them.

This unit is for the discerning renter... one that can appreciate
interior quality and exterior unobstructed beauty.

Now to the property...

Our home is highly and fully furnished.  It is located at Kai Lani in
the gated Ko Olina Resort.  We have an upper unit which provides
privacy and unobstructed views of the ocean.  Every day we see
dolphins from our lanai... and in whale season we see whales.  We walk
to the natural lagoon in front of our unit and we see green sea
turtles daily!

It is approximately 1250 square feet, with central air conditioning,
vaulted ceilings, and ceiling fans in every room.

Now for the community of Ko Olina.  In my opinion there is no better
resort community in ALL of Hawaii.  What makes Ko Olina special and
unique is its lagoons.  They are safe and ALWAYS inviting… no matter
the weather.  

Here is a summary of Ko Olina’s amenities.
18 hole par 72 Ted Robinson's Championship Golf course.  
4 protected white sand beach lagoons.
3 natural white sand beach lagoons.
Dolphins and sea turtles abound. 
The lagoons have Paddle boats, kayaks, and other water items to rent.
The 270 boat slip Ko Olina Marina has fishing, whale and dolphin
watching, snorkeling, scuba diving, boating, and sailing.

It has everything you would expect in your own home and more.   You
will be impressed.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE, INCLUDING NO SMOKING ON THE
LANAI.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming (my favorite), running (another favorite of mine), golf
(quite enjoyable), boating, sailing, snorkeling/scube diving...
goodness... watching dolphins from our lanai...  watching sea turtles
from our private lagoon... this is Hawaii!  

We are walking distance and earshot to the Paradise Cove Luau (one of
the best on the island!)

30 minutes from North Shore
30 minutes from the Airport
40 minutes from Waikiki

$3750/month September through October 
$4500/month March through May
$5000/month June through August
$5000/month November through February
+ 11.4166% Tax Added.  25% of Rental Rate as Non-Refundable 
Reservation Deposit due within 15 days of Booking.  Remaining 
Payment Due 45 Days Prior to Arrival.
We accept credit cards.    
Departure cleaning fee $275.  
Refundable Security/Damage Deposit $700.  
Rates subject to change prior to reservation.
