Welcome Home! Our condo is decorated in a beach cottage style. With cathedral ceilings in the living room and master bedroom, the condo is on the third floor, has a view of the ocean and is very spacious. The master has a king bed with a Sealy Posturpedic Plush Euro-top mattress that you'll want to bring home with you! The second bedroom has 2 twin beds and the living room has a queen sized sleeper sofa.
TV in the living room is a flat screen model with a dvd/vcr player. Sony stereo system. TV's in both bedrooms.
The building has an elevator. One reserved parking spot. Guest spots available on first come, first served basis.
The kitchen appliances are all new stainless steel models, flat top stove and ice maker in fridge.
Washer and dryer in unit.
We also have a set of plastic dishes and glasses to use on the lanai in addition to the breakable ones. Most of the artwork is done by local artists and we can let you know the galleries we purchased them in if you are interested.

Fully equipped kitchen with most every amenity and cooking tool you could want. All stainless steel Cuisinart small appliances such as blender, juicer, waffle iron, mini-chopper, toaster oven and coffee maker. Baking pans,cookie sheets and ovenware are all included.
We even provide HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS and a printer. Extra paper and ink cartridges are available if needed.
Don't worry about running to the store for laundry detergent or dish soap either. We provide all of that as well.
Over 125 DVD's for your viewing pleasure. We've rented condos for years and have tried to provide all the little stuff that we used to have to run out and buy.
We have 4 beach chairs, 6 beach towels, beach toys, several games and novels.
The bedrooms have good quality linens, sheets of at least 400 thread count, Laura Ashley and Liz Claiborne comforters. Extra sets of sheets, blankets and throws, all machine washable. Hairdryer in each bathroom.

Bring your clothes and sunscreen, everything else is waiting for you.
Seasonally heated swimming pool. Tennis courts, shuffleboard court, gas bbq grills near clubhouse.
One of the best shelling beaches in the world right in front of the resort! Sanibel Island has 27 miles of bike paths. Rental bikes available on island.
Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge is an awesome place to spend some time. We have 2 pair of binoculars for use in our condo.
Bailey-Matthews Shell Museum is a short drive away. Watch amazing sunsets right from the beach. We often see dolphins playing in the ocean.
Plenty of shopping possiblilities and plenty of opportunities to Relax, Relax and Relax.
