Charming Year Round Cape Cod with Panoramic Views of Lake in Cayuga Lake

Unwind in a charming year-round Cape Cod lakeside home, overlooking the beautiful wine region of the
Finger
Lakes. This retreat is available to visit and enjoy during any season of the year.

This lovely lake house provides all the comforts of a cozy country getaway; sleeping 11 people
comfortably and
featuring four bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms contain double beds and two others are able to sleep up
to
7 people on individual twin beds. There is a full bathroom on each floor.

Enjoy 100 feet of lakefront property and lounge or fish on our 40-foot dock that is located directly
across the
road from the cottage. There is a boat hoist available for your convenience, as well as a large
boathouse/cabana that is located directly next to the private shoreline.

The house is complete with hardwood floors and a Vermont gas stove for those chilly nights. Use the
provided
gas grill to make dinner in the beautiful backyard that overlooks farmland and magnificent sunsets
and then
serve your meals on the outdoor dining table that faces the lake.

The first floor living space includes a dining room and full kitchen. A bright, light, and open
interior is accentuated
by expansive windows that offer even more views of the lake.

Internet connection and 2 cable TV's with a VCR are provided � not that you will need them with the
unending
amount of activities available to you in this ever popular area of the Finger Lakes.

The house is;

- 25 miles north of Ithaca (home of Cornell University, Ithaca College, and several New York state
parks that
offer gorges, biking and hiking trails).

- Located a short distance from the New York State Chiropractic College, Wells College (less than 30
minutes
away) and Hobart Williams Smith Colleges (20 - 30 minutes away).

- Positioned directly on the Cayuga Wine Trail, amidst 15 - 20 of New York States finest wineries.

- 15 miles from the Waterloo Premium Outlet Mall (Coach, Brooks Brothers, Polo J.Crew, etc.) and
directly across
the lake from the MacKenzie-Childs farmhouse and retail store in Aurora, NY (less than a 30 minute
drive by car).

- A short drive to Watkins Glen Raceway
