You have a full-size kitchen with all new appliances, not a kitchenette. There is a full-size refrigerator with ice maker, so there is no need to buy ice to keep your food cold in a cooler. It’s equipped with a flat-top stove and microwave; and the dishwasher makes clean up a breeze. The kitchen has everything you need; dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffeemaker, coffee grinder, teapot, dish towels and soaps.

Having a well-equipped kitchen with full-size appliances means you can cook anything from gourmet food to macaroni and cheese, so you control your food budget. The open-layout makes it easy to stay involved with the action and you have a view of the ocean from the kitchen!

We are located right on the Beach, a perfect place to Relax
and Enjoy the quiet or venture out for activities. This is not just a
condo, it's a complete resort with an Oceanside Heated Swimming Pool,
Hot Tub, Sauna, Tennis courts and Basketball courts. There is
something for everyone to enjoy here. No need to squeeze the family
into a hotel room when you can spread out in this immaculate 1
bedroom 2 bath, 4th floor condo. It offers all the amenities of home
with a GREAT ocean view!!

Couples will love the Master Bedroom and Private Bath. The plush
master bedroom features a king size pillow top mattress with a TV and
DVD. The master bath has an over-sized shower with room for two. It
has 2 adjustable rotating shower heads, offering a choice of 2
different spray settings. Normal for cool refreshment or soothing
relaxation and massage to relieve tense muscles. It's moveable shower
arm enables you to switch from overhead shower to side shower
position in one easy movement. The extras include a Towel Warmer
(great way to dry your swimsuit) and Luxurious Bath Sheets.

The living room features a Sofa Sleeper and Sleeper Ottoman. The kids
can each have their own bed. It also has a Leather Recliner, New flat
screen TV, DVD, WiFi and Stereo. We have games, books and movies for
you to enjoy.

We have a beautiful crystal clear Heated Pool and Hot-Tub, it's a
perfect spot to relax, read a book and enjoy the sun. You can watch
the fun at the pool or beach from your Private Balcony. Play Tennis
or Basketball on the lighted courts. You'll also appreciate the
covered parking.

Canaveral, FL is everything as advertised and more. We have been
coming to the Space Coast area of Florida for 30 years, and this
is the nicest condo we have ever rented. Although it is on the
beach, the residential neighborhood where it is located is very quiet
and serene. Everything you need for a great vacation is right
there. They have a beautiful pool and great hot tub. The staff and
year round residents at Cape Winds are very friendly and the view
from the balcony is fantastic. Everything you need is close by and
the library is only a 3 block walk to access the internet. (If you
don't bring your laptop.) When we go back next year, TLC Condo is
the place we will be!"

 “Our experience at your condo was very enjoyable. The unit was just as marketed. Very nice location, well maintained and clean. Paulette enjoyed the little bathroom gift basket of soaps and lotions. We cooked many of our meals and found the kitchen to be very well equipped. We had arranged the trip to see a shuttle launch but it was delayed so that part of the experience was disappointing though no one's fault. Access to the beach was great. We did a long run almost every day and went swimming one day. Couldn't pass up the novelty of going for an ocean swim in February-not something a New Englander can do for at least another 4 months. All in all, a very nice experience and would highly recommend it to anyone if you needed a reference. Tony and Paulette”

We are Centrally Located; you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and
enjoy drinks or dinner with live music. Also the world famous Ron
Jon's is just minutes away. The casino cruises depart daily at Port
Canaveral, just 1.5 miles to the north. They sail several times a day
and offer free food and drinks.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape
Canaveral. It's just 15 minutes away. The beach in front of the condo
is an excellent spot to watch the Space Shuttle and Rocket launches.
Make sure you visit historic Cocoa Village for it's unique shops and
restaurants.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and
the attractions (Disney World, Sea World, Universal, etc.) Just
follow Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close
