Our condo has  the romance of a bed and breakfast with the privacy of your own place. Romance is 
about being pampered and that is what we do at TLC Condo! With pillowtop mattress, 500 thread count 
sheets, Lands End Bath sheets instead of standard towels, over-sized shower with custom double shower 
head, Pacific Coast AllerRest® down pillows, towel warmer, memory foam sleeper sofa and blender with 
digital display of 300 recipes from simple pancakes to exotic drinks. You will feel the luxury!!

The resort is located right on the beach, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet or venture out 
for activities. This is not just a condo, it's a complete resort with an ocean side swimming pool, 
hot tub, sauna, tennis courts and basketball courts. There is something for everyone to enjoy here. 
No need to squeeze the family into a hotel room when you can spread out in this immaculate 1 bedroom 
2 bath, 4th floor condo. It offers all the amenities of home with a GREAT ocean view!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Couples will love the master bed and bath. The plush master bedroom features a king size pillow top 
mattress with a TV and DVD. The master bath has an over-sized shower with 2 adjustable rotating 
shower heads, offering a choice of 2 different spray settings. Normal for cool refreshment or 
soothing relaxation and massage to relieve tense muscles. It's moveable shower arm enables you to 
switch from overhead  shower to side shower position in one easy movement. The extras include a towel 
warmer and luxurious bath sheets. 

The living room features a sofa sleeper and sleeper ottoman. The kids can each have their own bed. It 
also has a leather recliner, TV, DVD, and stereo. We have games, books and movies for you to enjoy. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cookware, silverware, microwave, stove and dishwasher.

We have a beautiful crystal clear pool and hot-tub, it's a perfect spot to relax, read a book and 
enjoy the sun. You can watch the fun at the pool or beach from your private balcony. Play tennis or 
basketball on the lighted courts. You'll also appreciate the covered parking.

Activities and Attractions

We are centrally located; you can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier and enjoy drinks or dinner with live 
music. Also the world famous Ron Jon's is just minutes away. The casino cruises (Sun Cruise and 
Sterling) depart daily at Port Canaveral, just 1.5 miles to the north. They sail several times a day 
and offer free food and drinks.

Explore Kennedy Space Center and the Astronaut Hall of Fame at Cape Canaveral. It's just 15 minutes 
away. The beach in front of the condo is an excellent spot to watch the space shuttle and rocket 
launches. Make sure you visit historic Cocoa Village for it's unique shops and restaurants.

We are just 45 minutes away from Orlando International Airport and the attractions (Disney, Sea 
World, Universal, etc.) Just follow Highway 528 east to the resort. We are easy to find and close to
