Vacation Rental Description

This perfect, quiet, and peaceful condo is located directly on the Santa Rosa Sound.  This is an excellent setting  
for boating, fishing, and swimming.  Our second floor unit faces north for great sunsets over the sound.  It  
sleeps four with a queen size bed and a queen size sleeper sofa.  Take a short walk over to the gulf and  
experience our beautiful white sand and cyrstal clear waters.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Our condo complex includes a pool, fishing pier, covered picnic area with grills, laundry room, and storage area  
for boats and waverunners.

Activities and Attractions

Swimming, fishing and boating are just a few of the many activities one can enjoy.  A bike trail extends all the  
way thru Navarre Beach and the National Seashore area and bike rentals are available locally.  Also sailboat  
and waverunner rentals are available.  Parasailing is another activity that is enjoyed.  Great restaurants line our  
beach and shopping is less than one hour away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Nightly rates range from $75 to $95.    Weekly rates range from $400 to $550.  Please inquire for special winter  
rates and long term availability.  A $25 cleaning fee will be added to rentals less than one week.
