Vacation Rental Description

This spacious (1988 sq. ft.) home is located in the Ironwood/Oakwood
Country Club active adult community in Sun Lakes, Arizona.

The home sits on a corner lot and patios have North/South exposure.

Outdoors you can relax on the large wrap around patio of the open back
yard enjoying the weather along with the sounds of the fountain and
the birds.  The patios are both covered and uncovered allowing you to
use either set of the patio furniture provided depending on your mood
and the weather. Also included is a gas grill for your enjoyment.

The home also features new carpet, porcelain tile, and paint
throughout. All linens and pillows are also new.  The electrostatic
air cleaner further enhances this clean pet-free and smoke-free
environment.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The home is very clean and beautifully decorated throughout. 

The spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed with pillow top mattress,
walk-in closet and a master bath with double sinks, an oversize shower
and private water closet. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed and
its own walk-in closet. Guest bath has shower tub combo w/assist
handles. The den features a very comfortable queen size hide-a-bed and
office desk for your computer. High speed WiFi internet connection
provided. The deluxe kitchen is fully remodeled with new cabinets,
granite counter tops, and GE Profile stainless appliances.  The
kitchen comes fully stocked with all the dishes, cookware and
appliances you will need, most of them new. 

Two new high-definition flat screen televisions are there for your
pleasure.

The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet enough
that visiting young ones are always a welcome sight.
 
To fully appreciate the active adult lifestyle we have provided a very
nice EZGO golf car for your use.  You will find it makes for very
convenient transportation around the community.  It is truly a fun
part of the community lifestyle and if you did not have one we felt
your experience would be incomplete.

Activities and Attractions

As a renter all of the Ironwood and Oakwood Country Club amenities are
at your disposal.

Heated Swimming Pools and Spas abound in both Oakwood and Ironwood.
Ironwood has many more private neighborhood pools, one of which is
just a few houses down the street. The special Children’s Pool
delights residents’ young guests. A Lap Pool meets the expectations of
those who seek a vigorous workout. Water volleyball and aerobics
enthusiasts frequent the Country Club pools.

The Arts and Crafts Center provides venues for activities such as
painting, pottery, rock and metalwork, dancing classes, card playing,
sewing and quilting.

The 27-hole Oakwood and 18-Hole Ironwood Golf Courses, Pro Shops,
Fitness Center, and Tennis Courts are the best you will find anywhere.

Miles of walking paths invite those who enjoy strolling and physical
exercise regimens. Bikers are familiar sights on some 40 miles of
private roadways in Ironwood/Oakwood. Softball, billiards,
photography, hiking and gardening are just a few of the more than 100
types of activities enjoyed by the residents of Ironwood and Oakwood. 

Being twenty minutes from the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport makes picking
up and dropping off visitors very convenient.  Day trips to Tucson,
Scottsdale, Baseball Spring Training, and the Saguaro National Forest
are fun. Grand Canyon, Mexico, San Diego and Las Vegas are less than
five hours away by car and are all great overnight destinations. Then
again, why go anywhere when everything you want is right here?
