The house is situated on 3.5 beautiful acres with pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, basketball court, and sand
volleyball court. The backyard is surrounded by 125 acres of flourishing trees and plants.

This house is extremely versatile and is ideal for accommodating parties for the following purposes: family
vacations (for a single family or even four), family reunions, corporate rentals (retreat-sales/training boot camp,
employee benefits, client benefits), weddings, and all of your other special occasions (retirement party, bachelor
party, birthday party, etc.)

The house has indoor game room with Pool Table, Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball and more! There are two
living rooms and two media centers (65 inch TVs, Stereos, DVD Player). The house has wireless internet access.

Outside, we have an oversized pool, great hot tub, professional tennis court, full basketball court and lots of

The house is perfecty situated on the border of Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor and Southampton. We are near
the town, train station and beaches.

The house is about 1.5 hours from Manhattan.

We are near golf courses, bay (where you can waterski, jetski, kayak, fishing, etc) and lots of gourmet
restaurants and great shopping nearby.

This house is available for midweek periods from Monday at 10am (possibly Sunday night) thru Friday at 11am.
