Vacation Rental Description

2005 in desirable Wildwood Crest. This bright and airy end-unit condo features great views of the  
Ocean and the Bay and sleeps 8 comfortably. We are located close to restaurants, shopping, bike  
rentals and the beautiful beaches that don’t require a beach tag! Minutes away from the Wildwood  
boardwalk, we are a short 10 minute drive to historic Cape May to the South and easy drive up the to  
the excitement of Atlantic City to the North.  
 
This beautifully decorated 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with private deck, swimming pool, reserved 2-car  
parking and elevator, comes with everything you need to unpack and start enjoying your relaxing  
vacation right away. There is a large, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster,  
coffee maker, pots, pans et cetera. A spacious living room with ceiling fan and new Queen sleeper  
sofa. A dining room with breakfast bar and 9-foot ceilings complete the main living area. The sizable  
Master bedroom includes a full private bath and queen bed. The 2nd bedroom has a full sized bed,while  
the third has two twin beds. Each bedroom includes a ceiling fan, TV, pillows, alarm clock,  
comforters and ample closet and storage space. A full sized washer and dryer in the utility room, and  
a full hall bath, central air and furnished balcony complete the picture. 
 
In addition, we provide free high-speed wireless Internet, digital cable TV, DVD players and a  
compact Stereo/CD player for your “downtime” enjoyment. There is lockable, private storage area for  
your beach accessories. We have included 4 beach chairs, a cooler and sand toys to get you started!  
And don’t forget, only 5 blocks to Sunset Lake where you can enjoy a beautiful evening sunset with  
the family. 
 
All you need to start enjoying yourself is to provide your own bed linens, towels and paper products. 
 
We rent to families and adults only. Must be 25 years or older. No Pets and No Smoking please.

A deposit of 50% of total rent is due within 7 days of booking. The balance of rent is due 5 weeks  
prior to check-in date. A Security/damage deposit of $300 is also due 5 weeks prior to check-in.  
Security deposit will be returned 2 weeks after check-out date, provided property is left clean and  
undamaged, and nothing is missing.
